  • JW Motorsports LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.


  • Return Policy
  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). JW Motorsports LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.Specific conditions are below.

    Car Covers, bras, shift boots, and seat covers- Once ordered your card will be charged. These covers are custom made and take about 2 weeks sometimes for delivery. Once you place the order you will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee to cancel your order. No exceptions! If item is damaged we will have another made for you. There will be no returns after the item has shipped (unless damaged or wrong item sent). These are custom made for your vehicle. We will not accept returns on them. Ask questions before you purchase to avoid any problems.

    All custom orders (mods included) will take additional time to complete. If you place a custom order which takes us additional time to mod a 20% restocking fee will be accessed for cancelling the order.

    Wheels-Wheels damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge. Pictures will be required. Once you mount a wheel they will NOT be returned as we don't know if the damage was caused by your vehicle or not. You must have your wheels checked for roundness and balancing before mounting tires. Any damage to the wheels must be reported before mounting tires. We are not responsible for damage after wheels are mounted. Our warranty of 1 year covers chipping and peeling caused by the manufacturing. Proper care of the wheels is mandatory. Do not use harsh cleaners. This will void the warranty. The barrels of the wheels are not included in any warranty. Brake dust will cover them and we can't warranty damage caused by this. To avoid damage to the barrels we suggest applying a high temp clear/paint to the barrels. Wheels that have been mounted on tires can not be returned for any reason. No exceptions!!!

    HIDS and LEDS These items carry a one year warranty. Troubleshooting by our techs is required and approval is based on our decision for replacement. Any damaged components will be replaced and not refunded.

    Headers and exhaust Once installed these items are not allowed to be returned. If you want to send back your exhaust or headers after purchase uninstalled a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping is never refunded.

    All returns must be aprroved by us and must be arranged within 30 days of purchase. Items sent back without approval or after the 30 day period will not be refunded or shipped back (unless you arrange to pay for shipping charges). Shipping charges are never refunded on any item sent back without prior approval. Shipping charges for items sent back are the responisblilty of the customer.

    Emblems and overlays Once the package is open or the letters have been removed from the backing no returns are accepted. These are considered used at this point and we have no use for them.

    C5 Halo LED Tails-

    Non modded halos are under a 90 day warranty from the manufacturer. This includes hyperflash. If these lights are opened at all by the customer the warranty is void. In order for a replacement to be sent the customer must notify JWM of the problem and send the light in after approval. Shipping is the responsibilty of the customer and not JWM. Modded halos are under a 1 year warranty. This does not include hyperflashing. In order to use this warranty the customer must contact JWM with the problem. The customer must also send the tail in for repair after approval. Shipping is the responsibilty of the customer. Shipping charges are never refunded by JWM.

    GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of JW Motorsports LLC shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

    MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and JW Motorsports LLC with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and JW Motorsports LLC with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by JW Motorsports LLC.
